Bug Reporting Tool

We have online bug reporting system (Bugzilla) where customers can record the issues and they can see the release progress. Bug/Issue tracking system is used by all the stakeholders of the project (the entire team working on the project as well as the client). This brings in transparency and helps clients in knowing the current status of the project. Customer can search issues by status, milestone, severity, criticality, etc. In addition, we have successfully integrated our bug-tracking tool with Source Code Management system (CVS, VVS). We work with the customer to identify the best bug reporting system while considering other constraints as well.

Testing Automation Tools

We understand the value of Automation Testing to increase ROI in a matured product, however, we also believe in consulting our customers in costs involved in automated testing in the early stages of software development.

We maintain a transparent consulting approach to identify areas that may be automated from the very beginning, and automate parts of the application as the SDLC progresses. Some more areas of the product are included in test automation once the product is matured.
