Our customer, a leading SCM Software Product company in the US, was going through an expansion. Also their product requires extensive customization in any new installation due to the nature of supply chain. Each installation brings a steep spike in their software development needs. We are assisting in customization of the software product for new installations as well as ongoing software development of a few modules to provide development resources as per their needs.
Our Role
We work as an extended software partner providing software development staff from our engineering staff in India.
We assist in software customizations at each installation while working with our client's project managers or our project managers in India.
We provide new product development for two modules where we have acquired product knowledge.
