SKILLS :
  • Proven experience in IT services industry: Demonstrated experience as a Business Development Manager in the IT services industry, preferably in the US market. A deep understanding of IT services and industry trends is essential.
  • Successful track record: Proven success in selling IT services to B2B clients in the US market. A track record of consistently achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
  • Negotiation and closing skills: Strong negotiation skills to effectively navigate contract discussions and finalize deals. Ability to identify and address client concerns and objections.
  • Self-motivated and proactive: A self-starter who takes initiative and drives results. Able to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Tele-calling and lead generation experience: Experience in tele-calling and lead generation techniques to identify and qualify potential clients. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
DESCRIPTION :
  • Research and identify potential clients in the US market: Conduct market research to identify potential clients who can benefit from our IT services. Gather information on industry trends, competitor analysis, and client needs.
  • Contact potential clients: Reach out to potential clients via telephone and email to introduce our services, explain the value proposition, and generate interest. Effectively communicate the benefits of our IT services to potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings: Schedule meetings with decision-makers within prospective client organizations. Arrange demos, presentations, and discussions to showcase our services and address client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships: Build and nurture relationships with existing clients. Understand their evolving needs, provide support and assistance, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Sales presentations and proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of clients. Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and value of our IT services.
  • Contract negotiation and deal closure: Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions. Close deals and secure long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Collaboration with delivery team: Work closely with our delivery team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Provide necessary information and insights gathered during the sales process to facilitate smooth project execution.
